Our history
Effa was founded in 1971 in San Pietro Mussolino (Vicenza) by the Rancan family.
Initially, the company dealt exclusively with creating specific packaging for paper mills. Driven by the enthusiasm and resourcefulness of the owners over the years, the business has continued to grow and has gradually seen its packaging production expand to other sectors, such as industry and tanning, while broadening the range of services offered.
The family imprint has always been a key part of the company culture. The current managing director, who represents the third generation in the company, takes great care to treat employees as family members and encourages a collaborative and rewarding working environment.
Our mission
Effa's foremost objective is to elevate packaging to become a customer's calling card. We want packaging to be considered a genuine added value, not just a marginal detail. Furthermore, let's not forget the importance of sustainability: since our packaging is made of wood and/or cardboard, it is firstly reusable and, secondly, recyclable.
